Pure-water window cleaning with a water-fed pole in Houston

← All guides

Pure-water window cleaning uses purified water and a soft brush on a long carbon-fiber pole — no soap, no squeegee, and no ladders. Because the water has had its minerals stripped out, the glass dries completely spot-free. It's the method we use on every Blitz job.

How it actually works

Normal tap water is full of dissolved minerals — calcium, magnesium, and salts. Those are the exact things that dry into spots and streaks on glass. Pure-water cleaning solves that at the source:

  1. Tap water is run through a multi-stage filter (carbon, then a deionizing resin) that strips out essentially all the minerals.
  2. That purified water is fed up a lightweight pole to a soft brush head that agitates and loosens dirt on the glass, frames, and screens.
  3. The same pure water rinses everything. Because it's "hungry" (mineral-free), it grabs leftover dirt and then dries behind itself with nothing left to form a spot.
💧 Why your windows look wet when we leave: that's on purpose. We rinse with pure water and let it dry on its own — usually within an hour. Since there are no minerals in it, it dries crystal clear with no spots. No need to towel it off.

Why it beats soap and a squeegee

What to expect on a Blitz job

We brush each window, rinse it with pure water, and move on — most exterior jobs are quick and we work from the ground. Interior glass is cleaned separately by hand for that final touch. You don't need to be home for the exterior; we just need gate access and pets secured.

💎 Spot-free, or we come back free. That's the whole promise behind the pure-water system.
